In the second quarter of 2024, the food delivery service apps continued to serve millions of customers worldwide. Our data at Sensor Tower provides a comprehensive look at their performance on the unified platform, which includes both iOS and Android devices.
Yemeksepeti: Food & Grocery experienced a notable spike in downloads, reaching 160K in the second week of April and maintaining a steady pace with downloads fluctuating around the 110K mark. Weekly active users for Yemeksepeti peaked at 3.4M in late May.
For getir: groceries, food&beyond, downloads saw a high of nearly 100K in early April, later stabilizing at around 76K by the end of June. The app's weekly active users showed a peak of 3.8M in late April, with a slight decline to 3.3M by the end of the quarter.
Uber Eats: Food Delivery maintained lower download numbers, with the highest at 1.5K in early April, and active users hovered around the 27K mark throughout the quarter.
Wolt Delivery: Food and more saw downloads in the range of 1K to 1.4K, with a dip to 912 in the last week of June. The app's weekly active users were consistent, staying just below 10K for most of the quarter.
Lastly, Glovo: Food Delivery and more had its downloads fluctuate between 966 and 1.2K, while the weekly active users showed a slight decrease from 119K in mid-April to 114K by the end of June.
