In Q2 2024, the top five gaming apps in Europe exhibited notable trends in downloads, revenue, and active users. Data from Sensor Tower reveals intriguing insights into the performance of these games.
Brawl Stars from Supercell saw a varied performance in weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $11.4M in the final week of April. Weekly downloads fluctuated, with a high of 1.34M in early April. The app also maintained a robust active user base, reaching 63.7M in late April before slightly declining to 55.2M by the end of June.
Squad Busters, also from Supercell, experienced a significant spike in weekly revenue, reaching $2.6M in the first week of June. The app's downloads surged to 6.25M in late May. Active users showed a peak of 5.1M in the same period, before gradually decreasing to 1.6M by the end of June.
Block Blast! from Hungry Studio maintained a consistent trend in weekly downloads, with numbers ranging from 755K to 875K. Active users remained stable throughout the quarter, hovering around 5M.
Roblox from Roblox Corporation showed a steady weekly revenue trend, peaking at $4.1M in the first week of April. Downloads varied, with a notable increase to 1.06M in mid-June. The app's active users consistently grew, reaching over 50M by the end of June.
Pizza Ready! from Supercent, Inc. had a more modest revenue trend, peaking at around $23K in early April. Downloads saw a high of 1.32M in the same period. Active users showed a gradual increase, reaching 2.33M by the end of June.
