Throughout the second quarter of 2024, the top health and fitness apps in Turkey demonstrated varying trends in downloads, active users, and revenue. Here’s a closer look at the performance of these apps on a unified platform, combining data from both iOS and Android.
e-Nabız from T.C. Sağlık Bakanlığı saw a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting at 81.5K in early April and peaking at 137.5K by the end of June. Active users for the app fluctuated but remained in the millions, starting at around 2M and reaching a high of 2.1M in the final week of June.
MAC+: Gym & Home Workouts experienced a sharp increase in downloads in the first half of April, reaching 122.7K, but saw a decline towards the end of the quarter, ending at 38.1K. Active users for the app increased steadily, beginning at 304K in early April and peaking at 534K in mid-June.
Step Counter - Pedometer by Hitchhike Tech had a gradual increase in downloads, with a notable peak of 43.7K in late April. Active users grew from 91.3K in early April to a high of 145.6K by the end of April, with slight fluctuations thereafter, ending the quarter at 130.3K.
Weight Loss for Women: Workout from EZ Health saw its downloads peak at 45K in late April, before stabilizing around the mid-20K range towards the end of June. The app's active users increased from 195.9K in early April to a high of 256.6K by the end of April, maintaining a steady rate above 220K for the rest of the quarter.
Lastly, Health Tracker: BP Monitor by HealthTracker Apps showed a significant peak in downloads at 39.4K in early June, with a notable drop to 4.6K by the end of the same month. Active users for the app grew from 39.4K in early April to a high of 77.3K in early June, before decreasing to 48.3K by the end of June.
