In the third quarter of 2024, the anime game segment on the Android platform in Russia showcased varied performance metrics for the top five games, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Solo Leveling:Arise from Netmarble experienced a dynamic quarter with weekly downloads peaking at approximately 7.6K in early August. Despite fluctuations, the game maintained a consistent number of weekly active users, climbing from 202.4K at the start of July to a high of 243.6K in early August, eventually stabilizing around 236.6K by the end of September.
ONE PIECE Bounty Rush by Bandai Namco Entertainment Inc. saw its weekly downloads rise steadily from early July, reaching a peak of 4.7K in mid-August before tapering off to 2.3K by the end of the quarter. The game’s active user base followed a similar pattern, growing from 10.9K in early July to a peak of 15.6K in mid-August, and settling at 11.6K by the end of September.
ONE PIECE TREASURE CRUISE-RPG also from Bandai Namco, showed a significant spike in weekly downloads in mid-August, reaching 12.2K, compared to a more modest start of 655 in early July. Active users mirrored this spike, increasing from 3.8K to a peak of 21.6K during the same period, before declining to 4.3K by the end of the quarter.
NARUTO X BORUTO NINJA VOLTAGE maintained a relatively stable performance with weekly downloads fluctuating slightly around 2.3K to 2.6K throughout the quarter. Weekly active users showed a gradual increase from 6.8K at the beginning of July to 7.1K by the end of September.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Idle launched by Netmarble, saw an impressive start with weekly downloads peaking at 9.9K shortly after its release in mid-August. However, the downloads dropped to 427 by the end of September. Active users followed a similar trend, with an initial surge to 10.6K and then stabilizing around 5.1K.
