In the third quarter of 2024, the top personal finance budgeting and planning apps on Android in Switzerland showcased varied performance trends, drawing insights from Sensor Tower data.
Tricount - Split group bills exhibited a steady increase in weekly revenue, peaking at around $308 in mid-August. Weekly downloads were relatively stable, with a notable peak of approximately 1.3K at the end of September. Active users increased from about 4.8K in early July to a peak of 5.8K in mid-August, followed by a slight decline to 4.8K by the end of the quarter.
Splitwise saw its weekly revenue peak at $687 in early August. Downloads fluctuated, reaching a high of 1.3K at the end of July and again at the end of September. Active users remained stable, starting at around 6.7K in July and ending at 6.9K in September.
Splid – Split group bills experienced consistent growth in weekly revenue, reaching a peak of $292 in early September. Downloads showed a decrease mid-quarter but picked up towards the end, peaking at 736 in late July. Active users increased from 2.8K in early July to a peak of 3.2K in late August.
Money manager & expenses displayed a steady rise in weekly revenue, peaking at $277 in late August. Downloads were relatively stable, with a peak of 294 in late August. Active users maintained a steady range, starting at 3.6K in July and ending at 3.5K in September.
Finally, Money Tracker-Expense & Budget showed a gradual increase in weekly revenue, peaking at $204 in late August. Downloads saw growth towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 205 in late September. Active users steadily increased throughout the quarter, starting at 657 in early July and reaching 1K by the end of September.
