Uber - Request a ride maintained a robust presence, with downloads starting at around 17K in early July and steadily increasing to over 20K by the end of September. The app also saw a dynamic pattern in its weekly active users, beginning the quarter with approximately 458K users, peaking at 487K mid-September, and slightly declining to 452K by the quarter's end.
DiDi Rider: Affordable rides experienced a consistent rise in downloads, starting with 11.8K and reaching 14.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users mirrored this upward trend, increasing from 204K to 222K throughout the quarter, highlighting its growing popularity.
For Uber - Driver: Drive & Deliver, download numbers remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 3.9K and 4.5K. However, there was a noticeable decline in weekly active users from 154K at the start of the quarter to 130K by the end of September.
Bolt: Request a Ride showed a slight downward trend in downloads, beginning at 4.3K and concluding at 3.1K. Despite this, weekly active users saw a gradual increase, starting at 57.5K and peaking at 62K mid-September, before slightly decreasing to 61.6K.
Lastly, Lyft maintained a steady download rate, fluctuating between 1.3K and 1.5K throughout the quarter. The weekly active users for Lyft demonstrated a slight increase, beginning at 30.9K and ending at 31.4K, indicating a stable user base.
