In the third quarter of 2024, the Squad RPG genre on iOS in Russia saw varied performances among the top applications. The data, sourced from Sensor Tower, provides a detailed look into the downloads, revenue, and weekly active user trends for the period.
Hero Wars: Alliance RPG from Nexters Global LTD showed notable fluctuations in its metrics. Revenue peaked at approximately $104K in the last week of September, while downloads reached a high of 2.5K in early September. Weekly active users varied, starting at around 12.4K in July and ending at 11.7K by the end of September.
AFK Journey, developed by Farlight Games, experienced a decline in revenue over the quarter, starting from $9.9K in early July and dropping to $6.1K by the end of September. Downloads also showed a downward trend, with a peak of 3.7K in early July decreasing to 2K in late September. However, weekly active users increased steadily, reaching approximately 65K by the end of the quarter.
Age of Magic: Turn Based RPG by Playkot Limited displayed a mixed performance. Revenue saw a slight increase mid-quarter, peaking at $14.1K in early August, while downloads remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 1K to 1.5K throughout the quarter. The app maintained a consistent number of weekly active users, hovering around 12K to 15K.
AFK Arena from Lilith Games faced a decrease in both revenue and active users. Revenue started at $6.4K in early July and ended at $4.7K by the end of September. Downloads were steady, mostly ranging from 800 to 1.1K. The number of weekly active users declined from 12.4K at the start of the quarter to 8.9K by its end.
Omniheroes, published by OmniDream Limited, showed a gradual increase in revenue, culminating at $4.9K in early August. Downloads peaked at 524 in mid-August, while weekly active users consistently grew, reaching 1.3K by the end of August before a slight decline in September.
