In the third quarter of 2024, the top Vikings-themed games on iOS in the United Arab Emirates showed varied performance in terms of revenue, downloads, and active users. Let's delve into the details of each game's performance based on Sensor Tower data.
Viking Rise: Valhalla from IGG.COM saw its weekly revenue peak at about $2.3K in early July, followed by fluctuations throughout the quarter, ending at approximately $1.2K. Downloads were highest at the beginning of July with 236, but saw a decrease, closing the quarter with 23 downloads. Active users started at 808 in early July, with a gradual decrease to 528 by the end of September.
Vikings: Valhalla by Netflix, Inc. had minimal activity with downloads peaking at 12 in early August and generating negligible revenue with a slight increase to $9 in mid-August.
Vikings: War of Clans from Plarium LLC experienced a significant revenue spike in late August, reaching approximately $4.6K, and maintained strong performance with $4.3K in late September. Despite low download numbers, active users showed some engagement with a peak of 21 users at the start of the quarter.
Frostborn: Coop Survival by Kefir had a steady increase in revenue, peaking at $94 in mid-September. Downloads were minimal, with only a couple in late July and early August.
Vikingard from NETEASE INTERACTIVE ENTERTAINMENT PTE. LTD saw a revenue surge at the end of July, reaching $418, with a gradual decline to $120 by the end of September. Active users decreased from 75 in early July to 50 by the end of the quarter, with negligible download activity.
