Banreservas maintained a strong presence with weekly downloads fluctuating around 20K. Active users exhibited a steady increase, reaching over 390K by the end of September, highlighting its robust user base.
Qik Banco Digital demonstrated notable growth in both downloads and active users. Weekly downloads peaked mid-quarter at approximately 21.5K, and active users rose to 152K by the end of September, indicating an expanding customer engagement.
Banco Popular Dominicano showed consistent weekly download figures, mostly hovering around 13K. Active users remained stable throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to approximately 120K in early September.
Móvil Banking Personal BHD experienced a steady download trend, averaging around 11K weekly. Active users saw a peak in late August at 222K, before settling at around 212K by the end of the quarter.
Lastly, Móvil APAP had a more modest performance with downloads averaging around 2K weekly. Active users showed a slight decline towards the end of the quarter, finishing at approximately 40K.
