In the third quarter of 2024, the United Arab Emirates saw notable trends in the performance of the top entertainment mascot games on a unified platform. Here's a closer look at how each of these games fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users, with data provided by Sensor Tower.
Angry Birds Dream Blast from Rovio Entertainment Oyj exhibited a dynamic trend in weekly revenue, starting at roughly $2K and peaking at $3.9K by the end of September. Downloads fluctuated, with a high point of 376 in mid-August, and active users varied, reaching a peak of about 1.9K in late August.
World of Peppa Pig: Kids Games by Find Your Fun showed a gradual increase in weekly revenue, hitting a high of $836 in late July. Downloads surged towards the end of September, reaching 1.5K, while active users consistently grew, culminating in 3.3K by the quarter's end.
SpongeBob Adventures: In A Jam from Tilting Point LLC experienced a decline in weekly revenue, with a low of $61 in early September, before a slight recovery to $115 by the end of the month. Downloads were highest at 688 in early July, and active users remained relatively stable, hovering around 2.7K to 3.1K throughout the quarter.
Angry Birds Blast also from Rovio Entertainment Oyj, had a modest revenue trend, peaking at $326 in mid-August. However, the game saw very limited downloads and active user engagement during this period.
Lastly, Angry Birds Match 3 generated varying weekly revenue, with a peak of $345 in late September. Despite this, the game did not report any downloads or active users during the quarter.
