As we delve into the third quarter of 2024, the gaming landscape in Denmark reveals intriguing trends across the top five game applications on a unified platform. Based on data from Sensor Tower, here's a closer look at how these apps fared in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.
Block Blast! from Hungry Studio maintained a steady presence in the Danish market. Weekly downloads fluctuated but ended on a strong note with around 18.9K in the last week of September. The app also saw a gradual increase in weekly active users, starting from 78.6K and peaking at 102.2K by the end of the quarter.
Offline Games - No Wifi Games, developed by Moreno Maio, experienced a decline in weekly downloads, starting at 10K in early July and dropping to 2.4K by the end of September. Despite the decrease in downloads, weekly revenue remained relatively stable, with a slight dip to $94 in early September before recovering to $127. The app's active users saw a peak at 31.1K mid-July, gradually decreasing to 20.4K by the quarter's end.
The popular Brawl Stars by Supercell showcased significant revenue fluctuations, peaking at $157K in early September. Downloads saw a modest increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching 4.9K. Meanwhile, the app's weekly active users started at 168.9K and showed a declining trend, stabilizing around 140.1K by late September.
Business Empire: RichMan from NewPubCo, Inc. demonstrated a varied download pattern, starting with 2.3K in early July and experiencing a peak of 7.2K by the end of that month. Weekly active users showed a consistent upward trend, reaching 19.1K by September's close.
Lastly, Surt Show had a consistent performance with minor fluctuations. Weekly downloads peaked at 4.4K in mid-August, while revenue showed a slight increase, ending at $287 in the last week of September. Unfortunately, data on active users for this app was unavailable.
