In the third quarter of 2024, the top five physics puzzle games on the unified platform in Austria showcased varying trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, offers insights into the performance of these popular games.
Screw Puzzle: Wood Nut & Bolt™ from ONESOFT GLOBAL PTE. LTD. saw a gradual decline in downloads, starting from around 5K in early July and dropping to 3.6K by the end of September. Revenue fluctuated, peaking at approximately $1.7K in late July but dipping to $964 in late September. Weekly active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 12.6K to 14.7K over the quarter.
Dino Global Studio's Screw Out demonstrated a notable rise in revenue, starting at $131 and reaching $6.2K by the end of September. Downloads were more volatile, peaking at 7.9K in mid-August before falling to 2.8K in late September. The game also experienced growth in weekly active users, peaking at 16.2K in mid-August before settling at 8.1K by quarter's end.
Wood Screw, also from Dino Global Studio, maintained consistent revenue, starting at $863 and ending at $533. Downloads fluctuated, peaking at 2.6K in mid-August before dropping to 1.4K by the end of September. Weekly active users saw a steady increase, reaching over 21K in mid-September before a slight decrease toward the end of the quarter.
Screw Pin - Jam Puzzle by ADONE PTE. LTD. saw its revenue increase from $273 in early July to $543 by the end of September. Downloads spiked to 5.1K in early August but decreased to 821 in late September. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 8.5K in mid-August and then declining to 6.7K by the end of the quarter.
Lastly, Wood Nuts & Bolts Puzzle from ABI GLOBAL LTD. showed a slight decline in revenue, starting at $1.4K and ending at $769. Downloads remained relatively stable, ranging from 1K to 1.8K throughout the quarter. Active users displayed a positive trend, increasing from 18.1K to 20.5K by mid-September, before a slight decrease at the quarter's close.
