In the third quarter of 2024, pirate-themed mobile games in Denmark showed varying performance trends, as evidenced by Sensor Tower data.
Sea of Conquest: Pirate War from FunPlus International AG demonstrated a mixed trend in weekly revenue, peaking at around $10.7K at the end of July and again in late September. However, the revenue saw a dip in August, reaching approximately $7.3K. Weekly downloads for the game started strong in early July with over 400 downloads, but gradually decreased to around 176 by the end of September. Meanwhile, active users remained relatively stable, increasing from 704 to 760 over the quarter.
Pirate Raid: Caribbean Battle by SayGames LTD showed a modest increase in weekly revenue, reaching a high of $97 in late July. Downloads initially rose to 192 in mid-July before declining to around 52 by the end of the quarter. Active users followed a similar pattern, peaking at 252 in July, and then dropping to 89 by the end of September.
The enduring classic, Pirates of the Caribbean: ToW by JOYCITY Corp, experienced a notable increase in revenue towards the end of the quarter, climbing to $3.1K in the last week of September. Downloads, however, remained modest, fluctuating around 30-40 throughout the quarter. Active users showed stability, maintaining numbers around the low 50s.
Pirate Ships・Build and Fight, developed by HC GLOBAL DISTRIBUTION LIMITED, had a gradual increase in revenue, peaking at $150 towards the end of August. Downloads were relatively low, starting at 29 in early July and declining to 11 by the end of September. Active users remained consistent, hovering around 100 throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Go Go Magnet! from Oh BiBi saw its highest revenue of $518 in early July but experienced a downward trend thereafter, finishing the quarter at $53. Downloads also decreased significantly, from 69 in early July to none by the end of September.
