By the end of September, downloads had settled to about 263K. The app maintained a robust active user base, beginning the quarter with over 5.3M and finishing strong at about 5.7M active users in the last week of September.

SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a consistent increase in downloads, starting at 158K and peaking mid-September with approximately 265K. Active users for SHEIN also showed a steady increase, growing from 4.3M in early July to about 4.7M by the end of the quarter.
