The third quarter of 2024 saw diverse performance metrics for the top theme park apps in Brazil on a unified platform. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into downloads, revenue, and active users for these popular apps.
Beto Carrero World showed a dynamic pattern in weekly downloads, starting with 8.7K in early July and peaking at 14.5K by mid-July. However, a subsequent decline brought the figures down to around 6.8K by the end of September. The app maintained a robust active user base, with numbers rising from 27.6K to a peak of 36.9K in late July, before stabilizing around 26.6K by the quarter's end.
BCW+ displayed a similar trend, with downloads starting at 6.5K, reaching a high of 10.8K in mid-July, and then tapering off to about 4.9K by the end of September. Active users mirrored this trend, increasing from 7.5K to a high of 9.9K by mid-July and then settling at approximately 6.3K towards the end of the quarter.
My Disney Experience experienced a gradual increase in weekly revenue, starting at $9.2K and peaking at $18.7K in early September. Downloads fluctuated slightly, ranging from 4.5K to a peak of about 5.3K in early July, before stabilizing around 4.4K by the end of September. Active users showed a consistent pattern, maintaining a steady base of around 5.9K to 6.5K throughout the quarter.
Disneyland® Paris experienced modest revenue, with a peak of $122 in late September. Downloads saw a slight increase from 3K to approximately 2.8K by the end of the quarter. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 8.8K to 8.7K by the end of September.
Lastly, Universal Orlando Resort maintained a steady download rate, starting at 2.3K and reaching 3K by early September. Active users showed a consistent increase from 6.9K to 7.5K in mid-September before stabilizing at around 7.2K by the quarter's end.
