In the third quarter of 2024, the travel app landscape in Bolivia saw notable trends across the top five applications on a unified platform, combining both iOS and Android data. This overview, derived from Sensor Tower's analytics, highlights key download numbers and user engagement patterns.
Yango: taxi, food, delivery showed a dynamic download trend throughout the quarter. Starting strong with 32.7K downloads in early July, the app peaked at 51K by July 22. However, downloads experienced a gradual decrease, stabilizing around 33K by the end of September.
inDrive. Save on city rides also experienced fluctuating download figures. Beginning with 15.4K downloads in the first week, the app reached a high of 35.6K by July 22. Post-peak, downloads tapered off, closing the quarter at approximately 16.6K.
Airbnb maintained a relatively stable download pattern. With initial downloads of 15.4K, the app saw a dip mid-quarter but recovered to 13.9K by September 9. However, the quarter ended on a slightly lower note with 10.2K downloads.
Uber - Request a ride exhibited a modest increase in downloads through the quarter. Beginning at 1.4K, the app experienced a gradual rise, peaking at 2K by early September, before slightly declining to 1.7K by the end of the quarter.
Booking.com: Hotels & Travel saw a more varied download trend. Starting with 1.1K downloads, numbers dipped mid-quarter to 734 in late August, but saw a resurgence to 1.1K by the end of September.
