State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
As 2024 came to a close, the top consumer finance applications on the Android platform in Brazil showcased varied performance trends in terms of downloads and active users, according to data from Sensor Tower.
Banco Itaú: Conta, Cartão e + experienced fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 860K in early December. Active user numbers showed an upward trend, reaching approximately 29M by the end of the quarter.
Nu maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, with a slight increase to approximately 452K in December. The active user base remained robust, fluctuating slightly but ending the quarter at about 78M.
Inter - Send Money saw a drop in downloads mid-quarter but rebounded in the final week with over 260K downloads. Active users showed resilience, peaking at nearly 30M during November.
For Banco will: Cartão de crédito, downloads were steady, with a slight dip in mid-December, and then climbed back to 223K by the end of the year. Active users showed a minor upward trend, closing the quarter at around 10M.
CAIXA exhibited a steady increase in downloads, culminating in over 257K by the last week of December. The app's active user count also rose, reaching approximately 37.6M at the year's end.
