In the fourth quarter of 2024, the roguelike game genre showcased interesting trends on the Android platform in the United Arab Emirates. Based on data from Sensor Tower, here’s a look at the performance of the top five games.
Top Heroes: Kingdom Saga from RiverGame experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $5.8K and ending the quarter with $4.7K. Weekly downloads saw a significant increase towards the end of the quarter, peaking at 575 in the final week. Active users also grew steadily from 828 to 1.5K.
Hero Wars: Alliance by NEXTERS GLOBAL LTD had a notable surge in revenue in the week of December 23, reaching $6.5K. Downloads varied throughout the quarter, with a high of 3.9K in early November. The active user base hovered between 3.2K and 5.9K, indicating consistent engagement.
RAID: Shadow Legends from Plarium Global Ltd showed a peak in revenue of about $5.8K during the week of November 25. Downloads spiked to 1.1K in the same period, while active users increased from 1K to 1.8K, demonstrating a positive trend in player retention.
Watcher of Realms by MOONTON saw its revenue rise to $5.1K by the end of December. However, downloads declined over the quarter, starting at 98 and dropping to 26. Active users also showed a downward trend, ending at 102.
Finally, Diablo Immortal from Blizzard Entertainment, Inc. had its revenue peak at $2K in the last week of December. Downloads remained relatively stable, averaging around 70 weekly, while active users decreased slightly from 560 to 476.
