The fourth quarter of 2024 revealed interesting insights into the performance of the top dating apps on iOS in Greece. According to Sensor Tower data, these apps showed diverse trends in terms of downloads, revenue, and active users.
Tinder experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $67K in late December. The app's weekly downloads gradually increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching approximately 1.9K. Despite a slight dip in active users in November, the app closed the quarter with a rise to about 11.5K active users.
Bumble maintained relatively steady weekly revenue throughout the quarter, with a peak of $9.2K in early December. The app's weekly downloads showed a notable increase in the final weeks, climbing to 788. Active users slightly fluctuated but ended the quarter at around 2.5K.
Grindr saw a varied revenue trend, with a peak of $7.5K in early December. Although the weekly downloads remained relatively low, they were consistent throughout the period, closing the quarter at 221. The active user count showed minor variations, ending at approximately 2K.
Badoo demonstrated consistent revenue performance, peaking at $5K in early December. Weekly downloads increased towards the end of the quarter, reaching 552. The app maintained a stable active user base, closing at around 13.1K.
Finally, Hinge showed a rise in weekly revenue, peaking at about $3.6K in late December. Despite a decrease in downloads mid-quarter, the numbers picked up to 502 by the end. Active users increased significantly, reaching a quarter-high of 7.8K in late December.
