2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top fast food and fast casual restaurant apps in Italy showed varied performance on the iOS platform, according to data from Sensor Tower.
McDonald’s experienced notable fluctuations in its weekly downloads, starting at around 18.4K and peaking at approximately 68K by the end of November. The app's weekly active users also saw a significant rise, beginning at 935K and reaching nearly 1.99M during the same period.
KFC Italia maintained a steady increase in downloads, starting at 10.9K and peaking at 16.7K in mid-December. Active users followed a similar trend, beginning at 83.4K, with a peak of around 107.8K in mid-October.
Burger King Italia saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, reaching up to 21.3K by mid-December. Active users showed a consistent upward trend, starting at 186K and peaking at 272.5K in December.
LA Piadineria reported a modest increase in downloads, with numbers rising from 3.3K to 4.8K by the end of November. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 20K and 24K throughout the quarter.
Finally, McDonald’s Germany in Italy showed a mild increase in downloads, peaking at 5.5K at the end of November. Active users fluctuated, starting at 13.6K and ending the quarter at 8.3K.
