In the fourth quarter of 2024, the top beauty retail applications in Finland demonstrated varied performance trends across downloads and active user metrics. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Dermosil saw a fluctuating trend in weekly downloads, beginning at approximately 1.4K in early October and peaking at 2.2K in late November. However, downloads tapered off towards the end of December, closing at around 801.
Lyko experienced a steady increase in both downloads and active users. Downloads climbed from 882 in late September to a high of 2.1K by late November. Active users also rose steadily, from 12.2K at the start of October to nearly 13.8K by the end of the year.
Rituals Home & Body Cosmetics had a moderate download performance, with numbers ranging from 722 to a peak of 1.7K in the last week of December. Active users showed a significant increase, starting at 3.3K and reaching 4.3K by the end of the quarter.
Oriflame displayed a more modest download pattern, with numbers fluctuating between 20 and 298. Active users remained relatively stable, with a slight increase from 1.8K to just over 2K by the end of December.
Lastly, Gold Apple: beauty store recorded a gradual increase in downloads, starting at 43 and rising to 158 by the end of the quarter. Active users also saw growth, from 210 in early October to 345 by late December.
