In the fourth quarter of 2024, the performance of the leading insurance applications in the Netherlands exhibited diverse trends in downloads and active users, with data sourced from Sensor Tower providing valuable insights.
CZ declareren showed a significant rise in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 3.7K in early October and peaking at 24.4K by the end of December. Active users also followed a positive trajectory, increasing from around 76K to 169K over the quarter.
Zilveren Kruis experienced consistent growth in downloads, with numbers starting at 3.3K and reaching 18.9K by the close of the quarter. Active user numbers grew substantially, from 89K to 224K.
The FBTO Care app saw downloads increase steadily from 3.6K to 22.6K. Concurrently, active users rose from 21K to 54K, indicating a growing engagement.
Univé observed a gradual increase in downloads, starting at 2.9K and reaching 8.8K. Active users also expanded, moving from 39K to 78K by the end of December.
Finally, Consumentenbond had a notable spike in downloads during mid-November, reaching 18.4K, before settling around 4.2K at the end of the year.
