In the first quarter of 2025, the arcade sports category on Android in Hungary showcased a dynamic landscape. Here's a closer look at the performance of the top five applications, as reported by Sensor Tower.
Crazy Kick! Fun Football game saw a notable climb in weekly downloads towards the end of the quarter, with numbers rising from around 674 in early March to over 1.5K by the end of the month. Active users mirrored this growth, increasing from 2.6K to over 4.4K. Revenue remained minimal, with a peak of just $9 in early February.
Head Ball 2 - Online Soccer started the quarter with a strong revenue of $587, although it gradually declined to $227 by the end of March. Downloads also saw a downturn, dropping from 1.3K at the start to around 567 weekly downloads by the close of the quarter. Active users, however, remained relatively stable, hovering around 8K to 10K throughout the period.
Basket Battle experienced a decline in weekly downloads, beginning at over 2K at the start of January and settling at around 543 by the end of March. Active users followed a similar downward trend, decreasing from 14.4K to approximately 10.1K across the quarter.
Football Strike: Online Soccer showed steady weekly downloads, averaging around 600, with a slight dip in mid-March. Active users maintained a strong presence, fluctuating between 19K and 25K. Revenue saw a peak of $137 in late February before tapering off.
Goal Battle - Soccer Games had an interesting trajectory, with downloads spiking to 3.4K in early January before dwindling to just 87 by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, starting at 2.6K and ending at 525. Revenue was negligible throughout the quarter.
