2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the first quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance applications on the Android platform in Austria demonstrated varied performance trends, as reported by Sensor Tower.
George Österreich from Erste Bank und Sparkassen saw a consistent download pattern, peaking at around 5.7K downloads in early January. The app's active user base experienced growth, starting from 739K and reaching approximately 866K by the end of March.
Mein ELBA-App, published by Raiffeisen Österreich, maintained stable download numbers with a peak of 3.4K in mid-January. Active users increased significantly towards the end of the quarter, rising from 905K to nearly 995K.
Revolut: Spend, Save, Trade demonstrated a moderate download growth, reaching a high of 3.9K in early February. The active user count showed fluctuations, starting at 86K and ending the quarter at around 107K.
The BAWAG Banking App recorded steady download numbers, with a peak of 1.6K in March. The active user base showed a positive trend, increasing from 97K to 107K throughout the quarter.
Lastly, Finanzguru - Konten & Verträge from dwins GmbH had a notable revenue performance, peaking at $2.3K in early January. Download numbers declined over the quarter, while active users decreased from 15.6K to 13.9K.
