2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the first quarter of 2025, the top consumer finance apps on Android in Chile showcased varying trends in downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at the performance of each app, based on data from Sensor Tower.
BancoEstado saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at approximately 60K by the end of January. Active users also showed a positive trend, rising from around 4.2M at the start of the quarter to over 4.6M by March's end.
Banco Falabella Chile experienced steady download growth, reaching a peak of 24.5K in early February. Active user numbers fluctuated slightly, maintaining an average of around 550K throughout the quarter.
Santander Chile had a consistent download rate, with a peak of 22K in early March. Active users hovered around the 1.1M mark, with a slight increase towards the quarter's end.
Mi Banco showed moderate download activity, peaking at 12.8K in early February. Active user numbers remained stable, averaging around 530K during the quarter.
Mi Pass recorded a peak in downloads at 11.8K in early February. However, active users saw a decline from over 500K at the beginning of the quarter to about 173K by the end.
