In the first quarter of 2025, the top hospital games on the Android platform in France showcased diverse performance trends. Here's a closer look at how these apps fared in terms of weekly downloads, revenue, and active users.
Happy Hospital®: ASMR Blast kicked off the quarter with a weekly revenue of around $3.4K, which gradually dipped, reaching approximately $2.7K by mid-March. Downloads, starting at 2.3K, saw a decrease, ending the quarter at just under 1K. The app maintained a strong user base, with active users peaking at about 62K before settling at 50K.
EMERGENCY HQ: rescue strategy showed a revenue increase from $2.3K to a peak of $3.2K in late March. Downloads, however, dropped significantly from 1.7K to around 570 by the end of the quarter. Active users fluctuated, starting at 10K and ending at 7.5K.
Hospital Frenzy: Clinic Games experienced a steady revenue climb, peaking at $1.5K in the last week of March. Downloads began at nearly 3K, decreasing to 800. Active users showed resilience, remaining around 40K throughout the quarter.
Happy Clinic: Hospital Game had varied revenue, starting at $1.9K, dipping mid-quarter, and rising again to $1.2K. Downloads were inconsistent, with a notable absence in several weeks. Active users declined from 7.6K to 5.9K.
Finally, Mission Chief - Fire Fighter showed a modest revenue trend, peaking at $1.5K early in February. Downloads decreased from 885 to none by the end of March. Active users saw a downward trend from 4.6K to 2.3K.
