In the first quarter of 2025, the Romanian Android market saw noteworthy trends in hybridcasual games, as revealed by Sensor Tower data. Here's a look at the top five performers:
Stumble Guys by Scopely experienced a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at around $6K in early January before seeing a decline to approximately $3.1K by the end of March. Weekly downloads decreased from 16.7K at the start of the quarter to about 7.1K. Active users started at 57.5K, peaked at 68.9K, and then ended the quarter at 51.9K.
Archero 2 from Habby began with a revenue of $3.4K in early January, climbing to a high of $5.3K in mid-February, before settling at $3.5K by March end. Downloads were initially 2.5K, dipping to around 1K. Active users peaked at 5.6K in January before decreasing to 3.1K by March.
Capybara Go!, also from Habby, showed a slight revenue increase from $3.3K at the beginning to approximately $2.8K by the end of March. Downloads dropped significantly from 2.9K to 351, while active users declined from 7.5K to 2.1K over the quarter.
Epic War by K3GAMES experienced a peak in revenue at $3.2K in March, with a steady pattern of downloads, peaking at 455 in February. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating between 2.8K and 3.1K throughout the quarter.
Rush Royale: Tower Defense TD from MY.GAMES B.V. had a varied revenue trend, starting at $3.7K and ending the quarter at $2.1K. Downloads were at their highest in February with 1.3K, while active users reached a peak of 11.7K in the same month, closing the quarter at 8.6K.
