2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the first quarter of 2025, the top maps and navigation applications on Android in Brazil showcased varied performance trends. According to data from Sensor Tower, here’s a closer look at these apps.
99: Rides, Food, Pay saw a steady weekly download trend, peaking at around 270K downloads in early February. Active users increased significantly from 22.8M to over 26.9M by the end of March.
Uber - Request a ride maintained a consistent download rate, hovering around 215K to 249K throughout the quarter. Active users grew from 16.5M to nearly 19.9M, reflecting a steady user base expansion.
Waze Navigation & Live Traffic experienced a decline in downloads, starting at over 207K and dropping to around 135K by the end of March. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 19.2M in late February before declining to 17.6M.
Moovit: Your Transit Tracker showed a positive trend in revenue, peaking at approximately $16K in mid-March. Downloads were stable, mostly above 90K, while active users rose from 3.9M to 5.8M by the end of the quarter.
inDrive. Rides with fair fares experienced a consistent increase in downloads, reaching a high of 115K in mid-March. Active users remained steady, fluctuating around the 2.2M mark.
