In the first quarter of 2025, the top sports apps on the Android platform in Kenya showed varying trends in downloads and active users, according to Sensor Tower data.

Betika saw a fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at around 56K and peaking at 66.8K by late January. However, a decline was observed towards the end of the quarter, with downloads dropping to approximately 47.4K. The app maintained a robust active user base, with numbers peaking at about 1.78M in early February before gradually decreasing to 1.38M by the end of March.

Odi bets Betting app experienced a significant spike in downloads in late January, reaching over 61K. This was followed by a decline to around 45.5K by the end of March. The active user count initially declined but saw a resurgence in mid-February, hitting 393K, before stabilizing at about 249K.
