In the first quarter of 2025, the top tabletop board game apps on the Android platform in Italy demonstrated varied performance trends. Here's a closer look at the weekly data from Sensor Tower.
Chess - Play and Learn saw a steady weekly revenue, peaking at around $9.4K in early January. Downloads fluctuated slightly, with a peak of 5.6K in the first week of February. Active users remained robust, hovering around 275K, with a slight dip towards the end of March.
Tic Tac Toe - 2 Player XO experienced consistent downloads, peaking at 7.1K in late January. Despite minimal revenue, active users showed a stable trend, maintaining around 65K to 78K throughout the quarter.
Ludo King® had a moderate revenue increase, reaching $61 in mid-January. Downloads started strong at 9.7K in late December but gradually declined to 2.3K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at 36.4K and decreasing to around 24.9K.
Chess - Offline Board Game showed a modest revenue, with a notable peak of $44 in March. Downloads remained relatively stable, around 3.5K to 4.3K, while active users consistently stayed around 11K throughout the quarter.
Checkers - Online & Offline had a small revenue peak at $51 in February. Downloads were highest at 5.2K in late March, and active users increased to 9.5K towards the end of the quarter.
