In the first quarter of 2025, the top-down games category on Android in Hungary showcased intriguing trends in downloads, revenue, and user engagement. Here's a closer look at the performance of the leading five games, as reported by Sensor Tower.
RallyAces Poker from Outerdawn Limited saw a dynamic revenue trajectory, with weekly revenue peaking at approximately $31.7K in early January. Downloads began at around 1.8K and gradually declined to about 1K by the end of March. The game maintained a fairly stable active user base, starting at 3.9K and slightly dipping to 3.4K by the quarter's close.
Brawl Stars, developed by Supercell, experienced fluctuating revenue, reaching a high of around $14.4K in early March. Downloads showed a general downward trend, starting at 2.7K and ending at 1.7K. Active users began at a robust 327K but saw a reduction to 257K by the end of the quarter.
Whiteout Survival by Century Games PTE. LTD. exhibited a stable revenue pattern, with weekly figures hovering around $8K. Downloads varied, starting strong at 5.6K and then tapering off to 2.2K. Active users remained relatively steady, beginning at 15K and slightly decreasing to 13.7K.
Travel Town - Merge Adventure from Magmatic Games LTD showcased consistent revenue, peaking at around $7.2K in late March. Downloads started at 3.8K and saw a significant decline, ending at 945. Active users showed a gradual decline from 7.9K to 6.1K throughout the quarter.
Solitaire Grand Harvest, a product of Supertreat - A Playtika Studio, maintained stable revenue with a peak of $7.3K in early February. Downloads were modest, reaching a high of 374 in February and ending at 225. The active user count remained fairly consistent, starting at 1.2K and ending at a similar level.
