In the first quarter of 2025, the top train games on the Android platform in Finland showed varied performance trends. Here’s a closer look at how each app fared during this period, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Train Station 2: Rail Tycoon by Pixel Federation Games experienced a decline in weekly revenue, starting at approximately $333 and ending the quarter around $175. Downloads mirrored this downtrend, starting from 109 and dropping to 28 by the end of March. Weekly active users also saw a decrease from 630 to 474.
Train Miner: Idle Railway Game from CASUAL AZUR GAMES showed fluctuating revenue, peaking at $87 in early February, then stabilizing around $65 by the end of the quarter. Downloads saw a significant rise to 599 in mid-February before settling at 278. Active users increased from 2.5K at the start to nearly 3K by the end of March.
Railroad Empire: Train Game by Azur Interactive Games Limited had a slow start in revenue but saw an upswing towards the end of March, reaching $69. Downloads were inconsistent, peaking at 219 in mid-January before dropping to 16. Active user numbers started at 117, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter, ending at 94.
Rail Nation - Railroad Tycoon by Travian Games GmbH saw modest revenue figures, reaching a high of $79 in mid-January. Download numbers remained minimal, with occasional activity but no consistent increase. Active user data was not available for the end of the quarter.
Train Manager - 2025 by Xombat Development showed a steady but low revenue performance, peaking at $28 in late February. Downloads fluctuated slightly, with minor peaks and troughs, while active users grew from 30 at the start to 71 by the end of March.
