State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
The first quarter of 2025 saw interesting performance trends among the leading travel and local apps on the Android platform in Kuwait. Here’s a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
TaxiF - A Better Way to Ride showed varying trends in downloads and active users. Weekly downloads started at around 5.2K and dipped to 2.6K mid-quarter, but rebounded to nearly 5K by the end of March. Active users followed a similar pattern, beginning with approximately 18.1K, dipping to 14.8K, and peaking at 20.1K by quarter's end.
Wego - Flights, Hotels, Travel experienced fluctuations in downloads, starting at 3.5K and dropping to 2.3K in February, then rising to 3.9K in March. Active users varied slightly, with numbers starting at 13.8K, dipping to 12.6K, and closing the quarter at 14.7K.
Qatar Airways had its downloads decrease from 2.7K in January to a low of 433 by the end of March. Active users began at 4.9K, saw a slight rise, and then dropped to 3K at the end of the quarter.
Nusuk | نسك experienced a decline in downloads, starting at 2K and ending at 599. Active users, however, showed an increase from 7.8K to 9.5K in early March, before settling at 7.8K.
Skyscanner Flights Hotels Cars maintained a steady download rate, generally hovering around 1.2K, with a slight dip in March. Active users began at 16.1K and saw an upward trend, finishing the quarter at 17K.
