In the first quarter of 2025, the top air travel apps in Finland showed varying trends on the iOS platform. Here's a closer look at their performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
Finnair experienced a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting from around 2.5K at the beginning of January and peaking at approximately 6.3K by mid-March. The app's weekly active users also increased steadily, reaching about 10.7K by the end of March.
The Norwegian Travel Assistant saw a gradual increase in downloads, beginning the quarter at 840 and climbing to roughly 2.5K by the end of March. Active user numbers followed suit, rising from 2.3K to over 4.2K.
Viking Line started with around 1K downloads, experiencing fluctuations throughout the quarter, and ending with approximately 1.8K downloads. Active users saw a similar pattern, growing from 2.3K to about 3.1K.
Ryanair maintained a steady pace with weekly downloads increasing from 559 to over 1.5K by the end of the quarter. The app's active user base expanded from 3.9K to about 5.7K. Weekly revenue remained relatively stable, averaging around $5 to $7.
Tallink Silja Line showed a modest rise in downloads from 879 to approximately 1.2K. Active users increased from 2.2K to around 2.5K by the end of March.
