In the first quarter of 2025, the top 5 apparel applications on iOS in the United States showcased distinct trends in downloads and active users. Here's a closer look at each app's performance based on data from Sensor Tower.
SHEIN - Shopping Online saw a significant upward trend in weekly downloads, starting at around 284K and peaking at over 400K by the end of March. Weekly active users also grew steadily, beginning at 13.9M and reaching approximately 14.3M.
Nike: Shoes, Apparel, Stories maintained a consistent download rate throughout the quarter, averaging around 110K weekly downloads, with a slight dip towards the end of March. Active users showed a positive trend, starting at 2.4M and increasing to nearly 3M.
GOAT – Sneakers & Apparel experienced a stable download rate, averaging around 57K downloads per week, with a slight decline in the last weeks of March. Active users fluctuated throughout the quarter, starting at 1.5M and stabilizing around 1.3M.
lululemon downloads began at 72K and saw a peak mid-March at around 91K before settling back to 48K by the end of the quarter. Active users increased from 301K to over 302K, with some fluctuations during the period.
Fashion Nova: Trendy Shopping downloads were relatively stable, starting at 46K and ending at 43K. Active users showed a gradual decline from 765K to 708K, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
