In the first quarter of 2025, the city building game genre on iOS in Latvia saw varied performance across different applications. Here's a closer look at the top five games, with data sourced from Sensor Tower.
State Connect: Traffic Control from AI Games FZ showed a notable increase in weekly downloads, peaking at around 768K in late February before gradually decreasing to 118K by the end of March. Revenue was modest, hitting a high of approximately $28 in mid-March.
Gold Rush: Frozen Adventures by SayGames LTD experienced a decline in downloads from 292K at the start of January to 46K by the end of the quarter. Revenue also saw fluctuations, with a peak of $52 in late January before dropping to zero in March.
Another title from SayGames LTD, States Builder: Trade Empire, had a steady download pattern, with a slight increase to 83K in early March. Revenue varied, reaching a high of $34 in late February.
SimCity BuildIt by Electronic Arts maintained consistent downloads, with a slight increase towards the end of March at 55K. Revenue peaked significantly at $155 in the last week of March, indicating strong monetization.
Finally, Civilization VI: NETFLIX showed a decreasing trend in downloads, starting at 68K and ending at 18K. Revenue was minimal, with only a $9 peak in early February.
