State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery app landscape on iOS in Finland showcased interesting trends in downloads and active users. Here's a breakdown of the performance of the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
foodora: Food & Groceries saw a noticeable decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 16K in early January to about 5.6K by the end of March. Despite this, weekly active users increased from 61.8K to 71.6K, peaking at 91K mid-quarter.
Wolt Delivery: Food and more experienced a steady decrease in weekly downloads, dropping from 2.5K at the start to around 1.5K by the end of the quarter. However, active users exhibited fluctuations, starting at 124.7K, decreasing to 96.4K mid-quarter, and then rising again to 117.5K.
ResQ Club showed varied download trends, with a peak of 2.7K in February. Active users steadily increased from 58.5K to 77K, with a slight dip in late March.
Fiksuruoka.fi maintained low download numbers, hovering around 300-400 weekly. Active users remained relatively stable, starting at 1.9K and ending at 1.9K as well, with minor fluctuations throughout the quarter.
Uber Eats: Food & Groceries had consistent weekly downloads, averaging around 280. Active users showed minor fluctuations, starting at 4.5K and closing the quarter at 4.3K.
