In the first quarter of 2025, the hybridcasual gaming scene on iOS in Malta showcased intriguing trends. Data from Sensor Tower highlights the performance of the top five games in this category.
Bus Escape: Traffic Jam by ABI GLOBAL LTD. saw a notable rise in weekly revenue, starting from around $57 in late December to peaking at $80 by the end of March. Weekly downloads displayed a similar upward trajectory, beginning at 205 and reaching a peak of 494 in mid-March.
Color Block Jam from Rollic Games experienced a significant increase in revenue, climbing from a modest $9 in early February to $225 by late March. Downloads also surged, with early February figures at 48, escalating to 198 by the end of the quarter.
Good Coffee, Great Coffee by TAPBLAZE, a newcomer to the scene, recorded a strong start in revenue with $67 in the first week of March. However, downloads showed a declining trend, starting at 770 and dropping to 73 by the end of March.
Pizza Ready! from Supercent, Inc. maintained fairly stable revenue throughout the quarter, with minor fluctuations around the $15-$23 range. Downloads remained consistent, hovering between 74 and 142 weekly.
Finally, My Perfect Hotel by SayGames LTD experienced a decline in revenue, starting at $71 at the end of December and decreasing to $18 by March's end. Downloads followed a similar pattern, with a high of 250 initially, settling around 92 by the quarter's conclusion.
