In the first quarter of 2025, the leading lifestyle apps on iOS in the United States showed varied performance across downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at the top five apps:
Tinder Dating App: Date & Chat from Tinder LLC saw notable fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at approximately $10M in early February. Downloads experienced a gradual decline from about 120K to 96K by the end of March. Meanwhile, active users showed a decrease from 5.8M to 5.2M over the quarter.
Hinge Dating App: Match & Meet by Hinge, Inc. recorded a weekly revenue high of around $7M at the start of the quarter, with a slight dip to $6M by the end. Downloads began at approximately 109K, decreasing to 92K, while active users remained relatively stable, finishing at 3.1M.
Bumble Dating App: Meet & Date from Bumble Holding Limited experienced a weekly revenue peak near $5.8M, followed by a drop to $4.7M. Downloads started at 84K, declining to 69K by March. Active users saw a decrease from 2.6M to 2.3M.
Raya, developed by Raya App Inc, had a consistent weekly revenue trend, peaking at $842K in late February. Downloads fluctuated around 12K, eventually reducing to 9K. Active users began at 14K, slightly decreasing to 12K.
Hily Dating App: Meet. Date. by Hily Corp. showed a decline in weekly revenue from $828K to $615K. Downloads dropped from 86K to 41K, and active users saw a significant decrease from 308K to 190K.
