In the first quarter of 2025, the top medical apps on iOS in the United Arab Emirates showcased distinct performance trends. Here's a closer look at the data, courtesy of Sensor Tower.
Sahatna - صحتنا from the Department of Health Abu Dhabi saw its weekly downloads decrease steadily throughout the quarter from 24K in early January to about 6.5K by the end of March. Meanwhile, weekly active users increased from 49K to a peak of 77K in late February, before settling at around 70K at the quarter's end.
myAster maintained a consistent download rate with a slight decline from 4K to 2.3K. Its weekly active users remained stable, hovering around 68K throughout the period.
myNAS App showed varied download trends, starting at 2.1K and closing at 1.3K. Active users fluctuated, peaking at 16K in mid-March before ending the quarter at approximately 12.5K.
Daman Health experienced an initial rise in downloads to 2.5K in early January, followed by a gradual decline to 1.7K. Active users decreased from 30K to 16.6K by the end of March.
Lumi by Nextcare had a notable increase in downloads towards the end of the quarter, reaching 2.4K. Active users saw a rise to 17.6K in early March, before falling to 13.6K.
