In the first quarter of 2025, the iOS space gaming category in Ecuador saw varied performance among its top contenders. Here’s a closer look at how these games fared, with insights provided by Sensor Tower.
Space Orb Drift by Cosmic Blitz, released at the end of 2024, had a bumpy start with its weekly downloads fluctuating significantly. The downloads peaked initially at 650 but dipped to 40 by the end of March. The app did not generate any revenue during this period.
Galaxy Attack: Alien Shooter from Dino Game Limited showed a steady range in weekly downloads, hovering between 82 and 162. Revenue peaked at $107 in late February, though it saw fluctuations throughout the quarter. The app maintained a robust active user base, starting at 387 and reaching 679 mid-January before slightly declining to 569 by the end of March.
Solar Smash by PARADYME LIMITED experienced consistent weekly downloads, ranging from 79 to 151. Revenue had modest peaks, reaching $32 in mid-February. Active users remained strong, starting at 689 and ending the quarter at 658, with minor fluctuations in between.
Galaxy Attack: Space Shooter from GAU TECHNOLOGY LTD. saw a decrease in weekly downloads from 116 to 26 by the end of the quarter. Revenue varied, with a high of $72 at the start of the quarter and lower figures thereafter. Active users started at 600 and gradually declined to 313.
Lastly, Find the Alien: Fun Adventure by MOONEE PUBLISHING LTD maintained a steady increase in downloads, peaking at 92 in early March. Active users also grew, reaching 142 in early March, despite starting the quarter with a lower count.
