In the first quarter of 2025, the squad RPG category on iOS in Portugal showcased intriguing trends, as revealed by Sensor Tower. Here's a closer look at how the top five apps performed.
Hero Wars: Alliance Fantasy saw fluctuations in its weekly revenue, peaking at around $2.3K in mid-February. Downloads reached a high of 530 in the same period, while active users varied, starting at 1.6K and dipping to 1.4K by the end of March.
Realms of Pixel, launched in February, had a strong start with initial downloads at 1.5K. Revenue started at $494 and maintained a steady course around the $300 mark. Active users showed some volatility, beginning at 1.1K and stabilizing at 493 by the quarter's end.
CookieRun: Kingdom demonstrated a consistent increase in active users, peaking at 3K in mid-March. Revenue fluctuated, reaching $1.2K in January. Downloads were moderate, with a peak of 225 in late February.
Titan War experienced a steady active user base, peaking at 3.2K in March. Revenue saw a slight increase towards the end of the quarter, reaching $228. Downloads were sporadic, with notable spikes in February and March.
Finally, Enigma of Sépia entered the market mid-February with a promising start in revenue, hitting $933. Downloads began at 989 but declined significantly over the weeks. Active users started strong at 847 but decreased to 162 by March.
