During the first quarter of 2025, the Vikings-themed games market in the Netherlands saw varied performance across the top five iOS applications. According to data from Sensor Tower, these apps displayed unique trends in downloads, revenue, and active user engagement.
Viking Rise: Valhalla from IGG Singapore Pte. Ltd. experienced a fluctuating revenue pattern, peaking at around $10.2K at the start of the quarter, before stabilizing between $3.2K and $8.9K. Downloads showed a gradual decline from 822 at the beginning of January to 216 by the end of March. Active users also saw a decrease, starting at 5.2K and ending at 4.2K.
Landnama - Viking Strategy RPG by Sonderland Games UG experienced a modest increase in revenue, peaking at $109 in late February. Downloads were sparse initially but saw a notable rise, reaching 252 in mid-February before settling at 32 by the end of March.
Vinland Tales: Viking Survival from Colossi Games Ltd showed varied revenue, with a high of $77 in January, tapering off to $0 by the end of March. Downloads remained low, fluctuating between 14 and 66 throughout the quarter.
Asgaard Saga from Hulan bv maintained a low download rate, peaking at 34 in mid-January. Revenue data was not available for this period.
Pixel Tribe by Kvannli AS recorded minimal downloads, with numbers staying below 23 throughout the quarter. Similar to Asgaard Saga, no revenue data was reported.
