In the first quarter of 2025, basketball game apps in Norway showed varied performance on the unified platform. Data from Sensor Tower provides insights into weekly downloads, revenue, and active users for the top five games.
NBA 2K25 MyTEAM from 2K saw a fluctuating revenue trend, starting at approximately $341 in the last week of December, dipping to around $47 in late January, and peaking at $558 by mid-February. Downloads increased steadily, reaching 81 in mid-March, while active users rose from 125 at the start of the quarter to 142 by late March.
NBA 2K Mobile Basketball Game maintained a stable revenue flow, with notable peaks of $263 in mid-February and March. Downloads were highest at 138 in late February, though active users decreased from 368 to 271 over the quarter.
Basketball Stars™: Multiplayer by Miniclip.com experienced a revenue peak of $276 at the year's start, with another high of $178 at the end of March. Downloads and active users showed a gradual increase, with active users climbing back to 293 by the end of the quarter.
Streetball Allstar: SHOWDOWN from Racoon Digital Technology Co., Ltd. had a more modest performance, with revenue reaching $146 in early March. Downloads remained low throughout the quarter, reflecting a steady but limited user base.
Basketball Rivals: Sports Game by Green Horse Games Srl showed a consistent revenue, peaking at $173 in early February. Active users fluctuated slightly, ending the quarter at 181.
