2026 State of Mobile is Live!

In the first quarter of 2025, the top business finance and business solutions applications in Chile revealed intriguing trends in their performance on a unified platform. Here's a closer look at the top five apps, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Pay & Go: Paying made easy saw a gradual increase in weekly downloads, starting with approximately 2.9K at the beginning of January and reaching around 2.5K by the end of March. Active users showed a positive trend, rising from about 23.5K to nearly 24.7K by the quarter's end.
For BancoEstado Empresas, weekly downloads peaked at 2K in late January before stabilizing around 1.7K in March. Active users data was not available for this period.
SumUp: Payments and POS experienced a significant spike in downloads, reaching 2.5K in early March, followed by a drop to just over 1K at the end of the month. Active users showed a decline from 12.8K to 9.4K over the quarter.
Office Banking maintained a steady download rate, with minor fluctuations around 1.3K to 1.4K weekly. Active users decreased from about 32.8K to 30.9K by the end of March.
Finally, TAP-KLAP had a varied performance, with downloads peaking at 1.6K in early February and settling at around 800 by the end of March. Active users data was not available.
