In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of top convenience store applications in the United States showcased intriguing trends across downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data from Sensor Tower for the top five apps.
Dollar General-Digital Coupons by Dolgencorp, LLC saw fluctuating weekly downloads, peaking at around 135K in early February. Active users hovered between 1.7M and 2.2M, with a notable dip towards the end of March.
7-Eleven: Rewards & Shopping maintained stable growth, with downloads reaching approximately 110K by the end of March. Active users experienced a rise, peaking at about 1.3M mid-March.
Circle K demonstrated a significant increase in downloads, hitting over 105K in early March. Active users varied between 438K and 553K, showing a steady climb towards the end of the quarter.
Wawa downloads started strong at 81K in early January but declined to around 50K by March. Active users remained robust, averaging over 1.5M throughout the quarter.
Finally, 7NOW: Food & Drinks Delivery downloads surged in January with over 57K, then stabilized around 30K. Active users steadily increased, reaching nearly 96K by the end of March.
