In the first quarter of 2025, the top dating apps in Spain demonstrated varying performance trends across downloads, revenue, and active user metrics, according to Sensor Tower data.
Tinder Dating App: Date & Chat from Tinder LLC experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at around $534K in mid-January and closing the quarter at approximately $373K. Downloads showed a decline from 29.4K at the start to about 19.9K by March's end. Active users decreased from 1.22M to approximately 1.16M during the same period.
Bumble Dating App: Meet & Date saw a steady weekly revenue, closing the quarter with a slight increase to $118K. Downloads were highest in early February at 17K, and active users reached their peak in early February with 437K.
Badoo Dating: Meet New People recorded a rise in weekly revenue, ending March at $81K. Weekly downloads remained fairly steady, peaking at 17.9K in late January. Active users showed a decline from 405K to around 329K by the quarter's end.
Grindr - Gay Dating & Chat maintained stable revenue throughout Q1, finishing with approximately $83K. Downloads were relatively consistent, averaging around 3.8K weekly. Active users increased from 199K to about 211K.
Meetic - Rencontre et Amour from Meetic SAS showed a revenue increase, reaching nearly $48K in early March. Downloads declined from 11.3K to around 7.2K by the end of March, while active users decreased from 90K to roughly 53K.
