State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the performance of top meal kit and specialty foods apps in France revealed interesting trends across downloads and active users. Here’s a closer look at the data from Sensor Tower.
HelloFresh: Meal Kit Delivery saw a noticeable fluctuation in weekly downloads, starting at approximately 14.2K at the beginning of January and peaking at around 19.5K in early February. The trend declined to about 11.1K by the end of March. Weekly active users, on the other hand, showed a steady increase, rising from around 274.6K to 320.1K before a slight decrease to 294.9K at the end of the quarter.
For Vivino: Drink The Right Wine, weekly revenue started at $9.7K, followed by a gradual decline to approximately $1.7K by the end of March. Downloads began at 19.6K, dropping steadily to about 6.1K. The app's weekly active users decreased from 627.6K to 302.2K over the quarter.
Bene Bono experienced varied download numbers, starting at 3K, peaking at 6.7K in early March, and closing the quarter at 2.6K. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly between 41.5K and 43.9K.
Quitoque, le panier à cuisiner showed a steady download trend, with numbers starting at 2.3K and peaking at 4.3K in early February before ending at 2.6K. Active users decreased from 18.9K to 14.3K by the end of March.
Lastly, CrowdFarming had a modest download pattern, beginning at 1.2K and dropping to 399 by the end of the quarter. The app’s active users showed slight fluctuations, starting at 7.5K and ending at 6.7K.
