The first quarter of 2025 saw varied performance among the top entertainment mascot games in the Netherlands. Here's a closer look at the weekly trends for downloads, revenue, and active users, based on data from Sensor Tower.
Sonic Dash: Fun Endless Runner experienced fluctuations in weekly revenue, peaking at $226 in mid-March. Downloads showed a decline from 2.5K in late January to 1.3K by the end of March. The game maintained a steady number of active users, starting at 11.5K and ending at 10K.
Sonic Forces: Run Battle Game saw its revenue peak at $715 in the third week of January, followed by a gradual decrease. Downloads dropped from 3.4K at the start of the quarter to 641 by the end. Active users also decreased from 16.7K to 9K over the quarter.
Minion Rush: Running game showed a steady increase in revenue, reaching $144 in early February. Downloads spiked to 1.9K in late March, while active users rose from 4.4K at the start to nearly 5K at the end of the quarter.
Sonic Dash 2: Sonic Boom had a modest revenue peak of $83 in early February. Downloads decreased from 966 at the beginning to 339 at the end of March. Active users also saw a decline, starting at 4.5K and ending around 2.8K.
World of Peppa Pig: Kids Games maintained a strong revenue stream, peaking at $1.1K in late February. Downloads decreased steadily from 714 to 269, while active users fell from 2.5K to 1.7K throughout the quarter.
