State of AI Apps Report 2025 is Live!
In the first quarter of 2025, the food delivery app market in Finland showcased varied performance across the top five apps on a unified platform, combining both iOS and Android data.
foodora: Food & Groceries, from OnlinePizza Norden AB, saw a decline in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 25.6K in early January and dipping to around 10K by the end of March. Despite this, weekly active users showed resilience, peaking at 179K mid-quarter before settling at 130K.
Wolt Delivery: Food and more, developed by Wolt Oy, started with about 4.8K downloads per week, experiencing fluctuations but closing the quarter at 3.4K. Active users remained strong, with a notable increase from 216K to nearly 250K by the end of March.
The ResQ Club app, managed by ResQ Club Oy, showed a progressive increase in downloads, starting at 2.3K and reaching up to 4.1K. Active users also grew from 128K to 170K, indicating a positive trend in user engagement.
Fiksuruoka.fi, published by Fiksu Ruoka Oy, maintained a steady download rate, starting at 883 and peaking at 1.6K. Active users saw a gradual increase from 6.1K to 8.1K over the quarter.
Lastly, Glovo: Food Delivery, Takeaway by Glovoapp 23 SL, experienced a dip in downloads, beginning at 742 and closing at 473. Active users remained relatively stable, fluctuating slightly around the 3.4K mark.
